Within today’s minimalism dressing up in patterns makes a bold statement and only few can do it in style. Since Kenzo’s Spring-Summer 2005 campaign I’ve been looking for an opportunity to dress up like that in daily life and not look like a shepherd. This season anything oversize is permissible and it’s even better if you can adorn it with oriental motifs. Diane Von Furstenberg and Missoni are two other brands that really spell this trend out, but it’s still Kenzo that combines it so well with color and fabric.
